Let's not beat around the bush and just admit it. White people are a mighty and creative race. In the last year I have taken note of some of the INDUSTRIES (read: mature businesses) that most Black people don't see, let alone consider getting a job in.
Whitewater Rafting Guide
-I was on a outsoorsy activity trip with a Black group of adventuresome colored folk and we went whitewater rafting for the day in the Great American River. These 20+ year old white and Asian kids were guiding us along the river. From May to September they guided in America. However, on America's off season October thru April, many guides traveled to New Zealand to be white water rafting guides. So just so you're catching it, they operate a very fun activity in the best weather conditions and then when the weather is 'bad' (in California there is no such thing as bad weather) , they travel to an exotic country and do it there until they get bored and then get a 'real' job. You don't need a degree to have a job like this. How many people around the way that don't have a degree would enjoy such an opportunity?
DJ, Fitness coach, Chef, or ANYTHING ON A CRUISE SHIP
-There is an alternate universe and it happens at sea. I went on a vacation last June and was blown away at the people who were lounge singers, DJs, fitness coaches, motivational speakers on our cruise line. How many talented people do we know would be excellent lounge singers, DJs, Massage Therapists, cooks, waitors, or ANYTHING ON A CRUISE SHIP while seeing the world.
Ship Repair
-The US Navy, US Coast, and other commercial ships (think mega cruise ships, sinner cruise ships, and private yachts) regulary need manual laborers to repair their many vessels. Besides the many companies that service them, many of these companies need, like I said, manual laborers to repair the vessels. Again, these are jobs that you simply need training and mostly experience to get done. How many Black men don't have degrees but could weld, construct, and repair if given the right skills?
Video Game Composer
-You read that right. There is an industry for folks to compose music for fucking video games. How many black men LOVE video games? How many Black men LOVE music? And given the fact that Black and Hispanic men entertain video games more than white men, shouldn't they be at the table to help compose the music, let alone the artwork for said industry? Hmmm.

-You read that right. There are people who get paid (with benefits) to write jokes. #thatisall
