Oil Was Not Made for Cars

A woman approached me telling me that Japan had experienced some more aftershocks in the morning (of March 19, 2011). After directing me to Jeremiah 49:1-2 and explaining that the Ammonites are the Japanese ancestors and the Gads are the ancestors of the North Africans, she said that oil was put in the earth by God to lubricate it. When we extract the oil, especially at the pace in which we (the global community) have the earth doesn't have the neccesary amount of oil to secrete the earth's core and thus the earth grinds or quakes.

I thought she was a little off base at first (the Scripture threw me off) but then when I thought about it, she may have a point. Oil was in the earth before automobiles were even thought of so it probably did/does have a greater purpose than driving our transportation systems. We may begin to see more and more of the earth grinding against itself. In the Bible, it does say that in the last days there will be earthquakes and the seasons will shift. We've always assumed that the earth will act up because its the last days. Maybe its because of man's greed and manipulation of God's natural resources that the earth acts up and thus these are simply natural warnings that the end is nigh. Same difference, I guess. Everything is falling into place. Get your soul right with the Lord....today. Just because you don't agree or don't understand, doesn't mean its not true.

God, bring comfort to Japan and allow them to get through this travesty.
